in two weeks ill officially be 20. which feels really weird. some days i feel like i never grew up at all but then i have to snap out of it and remind myself that im an adult T_T i dont know how to act like one at all. i hope this is like... a normal feeling and i wont feel like this my entire adult life, lol.

i hate my birthday.

anyways, im excited for the fourth, at least. i love curling up on a blanket with a cherry coke while the fireworks burst overhead, covered in body paint and the american flag everywhere i look. i wish i still had a grill. anyways, im not a patriot or anything but theres always something so dreamy and magical about the night of the fourth. the only sucky part is how scared of fireworks ziggy is :(

one time a couple of years ago, i got hit by a firework. it left a huge burn mark. i guess im lucky my leg didn't, like, explode with it or whatever. i wonder how many firework accidents happen in a year, and how many of those are only on the fourth. i'll google it later.
